Lines to Cross!

Standing at the egress of Hades

I can heed myself flaring in there.

The addiction; that draws me closer,

The fire; burns me into ashes,

The winds; that blows me away,

Quashing, Quelling, Crushing,

Is all that, I see on my way....

Hands to take me away, I rejected.

Dwelling therein forever, I suggested.

Temptation so hard, can't be resisted.

Could be changed, i was addicted.

I retrieve myself therein abandoned

No one to look at, no one to go to

Left by everyone, i'm forlorn

It's all my deed, i have to undo

Growing the rose back, watering it again,

Calling back those, who'd left me barren

I'll recast the entirety with the obseession.

Land of Grazing community

Australia's area is 769 million hectares, with about one quarter mostly desert and not used commercially. Early settlements tended to be established near reliable water supplies leading to Australia's population being concentrated along the coast, mainly in the comparatively fertile, well-watered east, south-east and far south-west. The establishment of irrigation schemes, largely by government, also played an important role in populating inland Australia. The discovery of the Great Artesian Basin provided reliable water for the pastoral industry in the dry inland grazing country.

The most extensive land use in Australia is livestock grazing in arid and semi-arid regions and covers 430 million hectares or 56 percent of Australia. In total, the area of agricultural land is 473 million hectares or nearly 62 percent of the continent. With 120 million sheep, 24 million beef cattle and 3 million dairy cattle in 1996/97, Australian agriculture is predominantly livestock based. Agriculture was worth $28 billion with $11.9 billion from livestock industries, $11.6 billion from cropping, and $4.1 billion from horticulture. Although agriculture is still an important player in the Australian economy, mining, manufacturing, service and construction now contribute more to the economy than agriculture.

While going these grazing land I was remembering that how the farm land and grazing pastures in India are being destroyed with the rapid urbanization.

Black Daimond

This is what excites me- BLACK COAL and DARK WOODS!

Rainforests of Bilovila, Queensland

I have been travelling to Australia now from last 4 Years. The Nature opens your eyes to the hidden treasures of the land. Tours into two unique landscapes of Australia, forests, the dry semi-deserts of the Red Centre and the unknown and uncrowded Gondwana Rainforests in northern NSW are unique.

Larger than Life!!

As a kid I spend one of the holidays traveling along with my uncle to Delhi in a truck full of apples boxes going from my orchard.

That was the time at age of 14 when from that large window seat of truck I was looking down on the world through an enormous windscreen. I always felt larger than life.

There is a definite sense of nostalgia whenever I am on the mine site. I like the dirt, I like rocks, strong Winds, I like STONES and the noise. I like the hugeness of the machinery. I think this is the perfect place for me to work as I feel larger than life here!

Untiltled!

A Blessing God has relinquished upon me

Having you in my life feels like

I could have been given more

Your presence strengthens my faith

In the providence of the Gracious one

The austere beauty that reflects in your eyes

Endows me with the pleasure of

The panorama of life teeming in the spring fields.

Each word that leaves your lips

Unleashes your clairvoyance

Altruism is omnipresent in

Each of our gestures and demeanors.

The suave deportment agitates my mind cherishtic persona

Knowing you sub down consent

To the conformity of dreams coming true

Yes in the big world
somebody with opulent heart and pristine thoughts, does exist.

Biloela- Country Side in Queensland, Australia

I was in town of Biloela to see coal mine near to this town. Biloela Town in the heart of a rich mining and agricultural region and is located 594 km north of Brisbane, 127 km from Gladstone and 173 metres above sea-level. This at the intersection of the Dawson and Burnett Highways. Biloela's economy is driven by agricultural enterprises and by the local coalmines.

The Gangulu tribe, who inhabited the region prior to European settlement, named the area Biloela after their totem: the white cockatoo. The first European to explore the area was Ludwig Leichhardt in 1844. This was during an exploration expedition from the Darling Downs to open up a route to Port Essington. His reports encouraged the settlement of the area by pastoralists. Thomas Archer, a friend of Leichhardt's, selected the region that is now known as Eidsvold Charles Archer moved further north and settled in the Biloela/Callide area. Other early landholders were the Leith Hay family, the Browns, H.C. Corfeild, James Reid, John Ross, Alex McNab and Frederick Barton. However, the town was not gazetted until 1924 and the railway arrived the following year.

Coal was discovered in the area in the 1890s but it was not developed until 1942 when an open-cut mine was established on the site of the old Callide station. You would see me right in front of famous Callide coal mines which are still under operation!

It was interesting and fine day without storm and I am on the way back to Brisbane.

Gladstone City & Port

The Port of Gladstone is Queensland's largest multi-commodity port and the fifth largest multi-commodity port in Australia. It is the world's fourth largest coal exporting terminal. With me is our dear friend Bruce, CEO of Coal Bank, Listed entity in ASX. Strong rain and storm welcomed us in the city on this short trip and adventure to land on the short airstrip in Q400 Bombardier aircraft!

A week in South Africa

I was amazed to see this interested picture in Indian High Commission in Johannesburg- Young times of two great gentlemen from History!

Week in Maputo

In July 2011 I was in Mozambique for few days. The rich Portuguese heritage of Maputo, Mozambique, flows through the décor, detail and hospitality of Pulano in Maputo. Located on the Maputo beachfront this is a good experience to live in.
